Clinic Schedule
We’re pleased to share our upcoming clinic schedule. Participants are welcome to book single or multiple clinics at their convenience.
The Booking Process
Each clinic’s schedule is clearly stated in the title, reflecting the start date for booking purposes. Please select the 9:00 AM time slot to begin your clinic experience.
To secure your place, a $300 deposit is required at the time of booking. Kindly ensure your email address is entered correctly to receive your booking confirmation.
Payment Details
Full payment can be made when booking, or an invoice will be issued if a balance remains outstanding.
Terms & Conditions*
To ensure everyone's safety, we kindly ask you to complete an insurance waiver when booking. Please note that deposits are non-refundable. Should you need to cancel, you’re welcome to transfer your booking to a clinic within the next 12 months from the original date. While refunds are uncommon, they may be considered at Sam Caporn’s discretion. If you cancel less than 7 days before the clinic, unfortunately, payments cannot be refunded.
Once your payment is received, you will get an email confirmation with all the details.
Note: If you find that the 9:00 AM time slot is no longer available for selection, it means the clinic has reached full capacity you can use the form below to join the waitlist.
